I've got a 91 bronco with a 5.0 your videos have been instrumental in my restoration of it! And I've got a couple of questions because I'm down to 3 things left, paint, tires and exhaust. 1- what's the biggest tires that I can go with 15" rims without modifying stock suspension? 2-my exhaust and muffler just fell out a week ago while driving lol, I wanna run dual exhaust do I need catalytic converters and O2 sensors with this old of an EFI or can I scrap that and run without? Thank you!!!

Those bumper holes can be fixed, and bumper re chromed. Good as new, still oem Ford.

For those wondering, this does not apply to all OBS trucks. My 97 f250 HD manual transmission non-airbag non-tilt powerstroke calls for an almost completely different method for steering wheel removal. Just saying for those who are confused.

I just did my Ford E350 column and you do not have to take the top cover off of the display gauges. Just take the kick panel off then the 4, 13mm mounting bolts and you have plenty of room, even if you have to take whole steering gear. My center pin that slides broke.

I have a 1995 Bronco/ I had the windshield replaced last year and now the cowl on the passenger side corner, behind the antenna, is not attached to anything and moves up and down. Rattles when driving. How do I fix/repair this? Thanks!!

I bought a 95 off of a guy who decided to pull the tailgate apart and didn’t even leave the screws for me where he took it all apart, but I could not figure out what the defrost plug was going to and I was stressing thinking that something was disconnected in my window motor wasn’t gonna work after replacing it lol. Yep, thanks for going over so many parts. Gives me a clue of what's there but I'm a carpenter so when it comes to mechanics I always say, "If it ain't made outta wood, I can't fix it." Rarely wrong about that.

You should have just caught a little piece of a straw like you drink your pop and soda out of and stuck it inside of the hole of the arm because that's where the plays at either that or went and got a brass or copper tube from the hardware store just a sick is what the shifting arm itself is and slide it down inside the hole and and then the slide that all in and then slide your pants and stuff back in and that will take the slack up it's like a bushing in there what you're doing is you're just putting stuff on the outside of the arm when the problem is that the hole on the army so is reamed out and you can also get a brass tube or a copper tube I recommend one of the two because it's a soft material and they do hold up a little bit longer brass and copper is used quite a bit and bushings and if you have to drill the hole in your arm out just a little bit don't do too much of it because you're weak in it but take it out enough so that you can slide the tube down there Slide the two men take a hacksaw cut it off and then send it downward smooth and then you can slide your pin in and out of there and it'll be nice and tight security the way you're done is wrong that is not the correct way of doing it those are all fall out of their just probably weeks after you put them out

I noticed the "open tube" coming off of the oil filler neck on the driver's side valve cover. Is that supposed to be open to the atmosphere like that?
